• Work begins only after advance payment.
• Delays in payment may delay or suspend services.
• Third-party costs (hosting, ads, API, SMS, tools) are charged separately.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, required content, timely approvals, and necessary materials. SDC is not responsible for client-side delays.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, software, and creatives remain the property of SDC Business Solutions until full payment is received. We may showcase work in our portfolio unless the client objects.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools such as WhatsApp API, hosting, SMS gateways, and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or extra charges from third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for data loss, business loss, downtime, cyber-attacks, or performance variations. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

10. Project Delivery & Revisions

Revisions are limited based on the chosen package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

11. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel anytime, but payments already made are non-refundable. Development done up to the cancellation date will be chargeable.

12. Privacy Policy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse customer data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction under Delhi NCR / Noida courts.
